ALL PASTA IS VEGAN
Italian Herb Pasta
Ingredients:
10 oz shrimp
2 oz fresh garlic
3 tbsp fresh parsley
4 oz white wine
1 tsp crushed red pepper
3 tbsp sun-dried tomato
1 cup heavy cream
.25 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
.25 cup parmesan cheese
4 oz butter
Method:
Cook pasta in boiling water (3-6 minutes for angel hair or 7-10 for fettuccine), in a large sauce pot add butter let it melt. Add garlic, cook for 5 minutes until soft. Add sun-dried tomato and cook for 2 minutes, deglaze sauce pot with white wine and reduce by half. Add heavy cream and reduce by half. Add the rest of ingredients except the cheese, top with fresh cheese.
