There was a passion and a love of food from a young age. After twenty months of hard study at the Culinary Institute of America, I was gifted the talents and artistry from some of the best chefs from around the world. My time at the Culinary Institute of America gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge of gastronomy, giving me the tools to support my passion to please people with food in all areas and situations.
After several years of sharing my experience with the science of good eating, being a master chef in different cultures was a tremendous achievement. Fresh, hardy, and local ingredients sourced from local markets enabled me to serve crowds of hungry people. I would prep these amazing ingredients while explaining how they would work together in the different dishes I could create to groups of people, which is very rewarding. These experiences brought me back to my European heritage, I wanted to create items that supported LOCAL business: SHOP, EAT AND SELL LOCAL. I needed to be part of this culture…..
Bleu Basil LLC was created in 2015 in Daytona Beach, Florida. We made jams, jellies, preserves, relishes, breads, and pies. We worked the local markets and festivals building our business. However, we still didn’t have our niche. Then it hit me…..
Bleu Basil is now all things pasta! Over several years of mastering my own special blended flour for pasta, why would we not share this product with the world. It is unique and delicious. We have raving reviews and customers always returning. Our flavored pastas only use the freshest ingredients and there are no limits! From sun-dried tomato, saffron chive, black bean, jalapeno lime, and strawberry basil to squid ink, bacon, bbq and chocolate…..we can do it all.
The Bleu Basil promise is to produce our full-flavored pastas, sourcing fresh local ingredients and serving our delighted customers far and wide. We will always do our best to meet your needs and wants.
Most importantly...
WE ARE HAVING A PASTA OF A TIME DOING IT!!
Sincerely,
Chef P
